about me
I discovered Yoga many years ago and came to realise its intense impact on my daily life. It affected my mental as well as my physical condition in specific, higly positive ways. A seminar on self-healing in Ubud, Bali, then proved to be a life-changing experience, as I discovered the power of healing meditation. It made me decide to go back to Germany and assist others in their personal healing process. Taking a course in person-centered psychotherapy, however, I once again realised that I clearly preferred an integrative, holistic approach. One that takes both body and mind into consideration. I therefore went to Switzerland to study Tibetan Cranial Therapy, an ancient manual healing technique that relaxes the nervous system and activates the body’s self-healing powers. Pain, stress and emotions can be released.
After receiving my certificate, I decided to go to Mallorca to be trained as a Yoga teacher, adding a special focus on Yoga therapy. There I learned about breathing techniques and movements that can help dissolve chronic pain and calm the nervous system.
My goal is to combine my skills in order to help clients based on their specific needs, and enable them to pursue their self-healing journey.
